Deliverables: Create a Logo, colour palette and graphics
I was asked to provide a new set of branding for a new therapist business "The Tough Stuff". The concept was to create a harmonious combination of logo, typography and graphics to be used across all business assets.

The Tough Stuff is aimed towards young adults to encourage them to take up therapy, therefore it was important that the branding was modern and soft to align with the brand ethos.
Visual Identity
In order to maintain a consistent brand aesthetic, I chose a soft colour palette matched with some bold typography and subtle graphic design.
Logo concept
I was provided with a concept from the business owner that portrayed a tangled yarn. I thought this was an excellent idea and got to work producing something that resembled the "messiness" of the brain. I went for a bolder squiggle that felt more modern and eye catching, but still met the concept brief. I then laid bold text atop the graphic that created a contrast and drew your attention to both elements.
Colours
I opted for a calm and neutral palette. I was asked to not make the brand too feminine and ensure it was accessible and appealing to a wide demographic. Because therapy can be intimidating for people, it was crucial the colour palette felt warm and inviting.
Feed Design
I created some template social media designs for the business to use. This was a combination of branded and infographic posts for them to use across their launch.

Once designed, I exported all design assets, typography and logos into Canva for the owner to use at their own will.
