Certified beer whisperers, George and the Crossover team spend their days day tending to the finest French oak barrels, sourcing the freshest fruit, and wrangling with the occasional wasp.
 
We recently sat down with George, deep-diving into what makes their blend so unique. Like fine wine - they take their sweet time. Even though this blendery was born in the heady days of 2018, Crossover have only recently started seeing the fruits of their labour (all puns intended). These beers are all about spontaneity. Made with wild yeast, the party don’t stop in these barrels.
